We spent the day in meetings again. The meetings of my group ended an hour early in the afternoon and I took the time to visit the area near Gangnam subway station. To me, walking on the clean and wide walkway and looking at the storefronts felt quite similar to walking in the downtown of certain Japanese cities.

The conference organized a social event in the Korea House in the evening, where all participants of the conference could socialize during the dinner before enjoying the traditional Korean performance. To be honest, while many performances were exotic, a few of them seemed familiar for people familiarized with Chinese culture.

The traditional performance started from this dance routine.

Musicians played folk music with traditional instruments.

Fan dances were also popular in Chinese traditional performances.

The traditional performance ended with this drum performance.
