The hardware of TransAsia Airways' business were a bit lacking. One example being the personal entertainment system didn't have touch screen and another being the handsets provided had no voice cancelling function. On the other hand, TransAsia Airways did provide good service and some of the best in-flight meals among the ones I had with other airlines.

TransAsia Airway’s lounge is located at the 4th floor of Terminal 1 at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
