This was the first time I took the afternoon flight back to Taipei, so I had the chance to visit the Aviation Museum of the San Francisco International Airport.

The facade of the International Terminal of San Francisco International Airport.

The spacious interior of the Aviation Museum.

Models of a seaplane and displays of early Pan Am operations.

Displays for the Flying Tigers, the American Volunteer Group flying for China during World War II.

Display for the China Air Transport, one of the first civil airlines of China and the first civil airlines of Taiwan.

Terminal 3 of San Francisco International Airport was the back yard of United Airlines.

Watching the dusk sky darken on board the plane.
