We left Sitou in the morning and stopped by the Neihu Elementary School before leaving the mountains.

We were quite skeptical about the usefulness of this break failure buffering zone.

The Neihu Elementary School was built with budgets approved for the rebuilding efforts after the 921 earthquake on 1999.

Visitors were attracted by the beautiful school buildings.

We questioned the decision of paving the ground of the playing fields with bricks.

Hopefully the school would continuously get budgets to maintain its hardware and software to provide good educations to its students.
